Bengali cooking,
done properly.

Shatkora slow-cooked with lamb. Kala bhuna darkened in its own masala. Hilsa handled the way it should be. We cook the dishes our families cook, and we cook them for the room in front of us — a full English at nine, a tawa platter for six at nine at night.

• Breakfast served every morning, from the Full English to the Desi plate
• Tandoori grills, biryanis and curries on and off the bone
• Sharing platters for two or four, and party packages for the whole room
• £5 box meals to take away, made to the same recipes
